Location...Location...Location!! This recently remodeled 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom Lake Harmony retreat is perfectly situated at the base of Big Boulder ski resort and Lake Club... PRIME location! 1 mile to the beach access for the lake club.The minute you step into our home you will feel the mountains calling you. Decorated with a mountain/lake feel and roomy enough to bring both family and friends along. The beach features a large swim area, beach chairs, water rentals of all kinds, a tiki bar (boulder view tavern), pool, playground, beach volleyball and more. Our private home offers a spacious living room which allows both family and friends to spread out and relax. The master bath also has a beautiful soaker tub, which is prefect after a long day of skiing or playing by the beach. Our beautiful outdoor deck has a heat lamp and a propane fire pit. Kitchen has anything you may need to cook at home or order in. In close proximity to Lake Harmony's indoor waterpark, movie theater, bars, dining, hiking, mini golf, golf, ice cream shops and more. A short drive to The Crossings Premium Outlets, casinos, other waterparks and more. A wonderful place to get away. We looking forward to sharing our home with you!

Summary: We were very comfortable and pleased overall. Host was very friendly and helpful. We only had two issues; one resulting from the other: There is no game room as advertised. Its the garage and you can set up a ping pong table there or use the other games in there - but only if you don't want to park cars in the garage. Also, its a garage - not heated. We had young children and it was rainy and cold. So the kids had to play in there all weekend. That meant we had couldn't park any cars in there. That led to the 2nd issue: parking. We were a large group that drove from several states in multiple cars and had to use the overflow parking lot a bit of a distance away. Since it was raining the whole time, we had to arrange for someone to ferry others to park and retrieve cars. So, my suggestion is "please remove the Game Room" from the description and headline. Once we dealt with that problem, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.
